Latrice Polite, FNP-BC

Latrice has a master’s degree in nursing from Winston-Salem State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In addition, Latrice is a certified stroke nurse.

Latrice practiced for eight years as a neurological nurse at Wake Forest Baptist University Hospital. She also practiced as a family nurse practitioner for five years in a family practice setting.

Latrice enjoys spending time with her family and believes in quality time spent with both immediate and extended family members. She always has a kind voice and a special smile that endears her to those for whom she is caregiver. Latrice enjoys working for Physicians Home Visits and is constantly motivated to improve the health of aging adults to enhance their quality of life.
