Our Services

Physicians Home Visits is a primary-care practice that has proudly served the most frail residents of the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina since 2006. We are a house-call-only practice, with home being a private dwelling, an apartment, senior-living community, or memory-care facility. Our broad footprint in the community allows us to provide care for our patients at varying levels of need for a continuum of quality care. We provide all the customary services you would find in a regular doctor′s office; the difference is that we bring it all home to you.

We can take your vital signs, draw blood for labs, and write prescriptions for you. If you require x-rays or an EKG, we bring in mobile units.

We visit you regularly, typically each month. And we can see you right away in an acute situation. We have nurses "on call" for after-hours needs. However, in the case of an emergency, please call 911.

Annual Wellness Visits

Physicians Home Visits promotes wellness. Since January 2011, Medicare beneficiaries can receive an annual wellness examination. This examination is an opportunity for patients and their providers to develop a personalized prevention plan that takes a comprehensive approach to improving health and preventing disease, developing a strategy together to help manage their health care.

Each January, we will schedule a wellness examination for each of our patients.
