You must request your username and password to get started. You can do this online or call us between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday, (336) 993-3146. After that, you are just a few clicks away!

Medication Refill Policy
All medication refill requests should be made by the pharmacy. You may request a refill directly to Physicians Home Visits through our Patient Portal. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests. Narcotics requests must be made prior to 3:00pm Monday through Thursday or before noon on Friday. No requests for narcotics will be handled over weekends or holidays.
